After Before
CLEANING
One of the most affordable and essential preservation processes for works of art. As dust and debris become embedded over time, a picture can begin to look dull or unnaturally weathered. Our cleaning process removes these unwanted substances, restoring the pictures initial grandeur.
Varnish Removal and Re - Varnishing
A process that wonderfully revitalizes a painting's exquisite color and deteail. All oil paintings require periodic varnish removal and re-varnishing, older oil paintings especially. As an oil painting ages, its varnish naturally yellows, causing discoloration. Our experts will carefully remove the varnish and ensure the surface is as clean as possible before final re-varnishing.
SURFACE REPAIR
The surfaces of paintings can become cracked and worn due to age, mishandling, or accident damage. Our unique method of filling, smoothing, and retouching will render these defects invisible. We also repair torn and punctured artworks, and offfer flattening for deteriorating, worn, or ripped canvases.
